Prepare to indulge your feminine side with charming’s gorgeous vintage inspired collection.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the item, or need to exchange an unwanted item, contact us within 14 days.
You can return an item for a full refund only if it is not:
- as described
- of satisfactory quality
- it for purpose (incl. any specific purpose agreed with the seller).
An exchange, or refund will be provided as long as the item/s in question are in perfect condition, and have all original labelling (attached) and packaging.
Please note;
The thorough checking of all items upon delivery is strongly advised.
Any returns are the customers responsibility until they arrive back to us. A proof of purchase from the Post Office is recommended, as any lost or delayed goods while in transit cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If an item is returned because it is just unwanted, return costs are at the customers own expense.
Original postage costs, delivery and shipping charges will only be refunded if the goods are received within 7 days of order. Any and all returns/exchanges that arrive after 14 days will not be accepted.
